WHAT IS LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is a thermal separation process. During this process, the laser beam focuses on a single point until it melts or vaporises it completely, cutting the metal according to the customer’s specifications during the design phase.
This technique avoids more complex mechanical processes that would expose the material to the risk of wear and tear.

WHAT IS SHEET METAL BENDING
Unlike laser cutting, bending is a type of cold working in which the sheet metal is deformed by bending.
Bending is performed by exerting mechanical force on the material until the desired shape is obtained.
Thanks to our 20 years of experience, we are able to guarantee laser cutting and bending services for all types of sheet metal and to realise projects that perfectly match customer requirements.

THREADING AND COUNTERSINKING SERVICES
Our in-depth knowledge of materials allows us to assure our customers of the highest quality and precision even on threading and countersinking services.
Threading involves pre-drilling by laser cutting or drilling, which is then threaded with an articulated arm tapping machine.
Countersinking, unlike threading, involves the use of a countersinking tool to create a conical seat in the sheet metal into which a countersunk screw will then be inserted.
In addition to laser cutting and bending services, we guarantee our customers deburring of the material after processing. Although the laser cutting technique guarantees the absence of burrs, the underside of the part will always be sharp.
To prevent operators or customers from injuring themselves, at EmmeBi System, we ensure 100% deburring of parts. Three deburring methods are used:
The aesthetics of metal is a key element that conveys a sense of cleanliness and attention to detail, as well as emphasising the appeal of artefacts. Our brightening service is able to enhance geometric shapes and guarantee highly reflective pieces, without affecting the technical qualities of the material.
The safety of metal surfaces is undoubtedly a priority. Our micro-shot-peening service provides surfaces that are free of aesthetic imperfections and more resistant to wear caused by stress. With this finish you can improve the appearance and performance of your metals.
The surface is one of the most important aspects of metal artefacts. Our satin-finishing treatment ensures homogenised surfaces with uniform roughness to achieve the classic matt effect. We carry out satin-finishing treatment with a sanding machine for sheets and tubes or with a satin-finishing machine for all profiles.
The finish of metals varies according to requirements. The mechanical polishing treatment reduces metal roughness for a clean and smooth surface. We perform this procedure manually with care and precision using a polishing machine.
